Photographing this Iceland wedding was like witnessing something sacred and incredibly emotional. With just a handful of their dearest people, the day was quiet in the best way—intentional, and deeply connected to the landscape around them. From slow, peaceful moments in a remote cabin to heartfelt vows against a backdrop of cliffs and waterfalls, everything felt grounded and real.
As the evening settled in, they celebrated under open skies and soft, moody light—surrounded by the hum of stories, laughter, and the wild beauty of Iceland. It was intimate, elemental, and unforgettable. A love story shaped by the land and felt in every frame.

A memory I won’t forget:
This elopement was a surprise to everyone, including the couple. What was supposed to be a styled shoot, turned into a “official” ceremony at The Greenhouse thanks to Sarah from East Coast Pop Up Weddings and a marriage license that was obtained from Access Nova Scotia that morning.
Madeline and Mitchell wrote handwritten vows on vintage postcards the night before their shoot-turned-elopement. We all laughed and cried as they read them out loud. They were so heartfelt, and were the perfect encapsulation of their relationship and the spontaneity of the day.

Wedding Month: November
A memory I won’t forget:
Just a few days before leaving for Mexico, the weather was calling for a cyclone. It was supposed to rain the ENTIRE week of the wedding but just as we got off the plane, it miraculously changed and they were now calling for the most beautiful weather on their day. It rained the whole week except for the wedding and they were so thankful.
Kayla + Jeff couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. Their beach ceremony was attended by their closest friends and family, and mother nature decided to gift them a nice breeze during their celebration. After saying “I do” - they jumped into the ocean in their wedding outfits!
